Align the client with a DOL-compliant physician and secure Letters of Medical Necessity for services.

Letters of Medical Necessity (LOMNs) are critical to receiving home health services under EEOICPA. Without them, home healthcare care cannot begin.

EEOICPA PART E CLAIM REVIEW


TENTATIVE TIMELINE:
6-9 MONTHS

PURPOSE

Submit claims for secondary illnesses resulting from primary exposure. (Consequential Conditions)

GOAL

Identify related diagnoses for primary condition to trigger an impairment rating review and increase.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Consequential conditions are often missed. Identifying them ensures full care and compensation: 1% impairment increase equals $2,500.
